It’s July Villagers!
A new security company took over on June 21. Please welcome GD Security to LIV as our security team. This same company has been serving our security camera needs for the last year and made great improvements to our security camera system.
It is hurricane season, so please take time to prepare your home, especially if you are not here full time.
Quite a few signs around the pool, rec hall and activity building have been replaced. Other areas where new signs are needed will be addressed as well. A new sink and water fountain have been installed at the outdoor pool area as well as repairs to the restrooms, sunshades, and general upkeep to the area. New mirrors installed in the indoor pool restrooms as well the gym.  We have a new pool monitor, Omar Urista. He is a brother to Oscar Urista, our previous  pool monitor. He will be here for the weekends during the summer.
NOTICE TO OWNERS: It is your responsibility as a lot owner to ensure that your building sites are cleaned daily, no trash or debris that can fly around in a storm.
