Rental Guidelines

CHECK IN:  Check in time is at 3:00 PM

CHECK OUT:  Check out time is 11:00 AM.  Check out fees after 12:00 PM will be a full day charge.

TWO-DAY MINIMUM stay on all rentals is required except on RV lots.

RV LOTS:  No pop-up campers, vans, or tents are allowed.

ADVANCED DEPOSITS:  A credit card number is required to confirm a reservation.  A 48-hour notice is required for any cancellations.  If not cancelled within time, there will be a one-day charged to the credit card.

DAMAGE DEPOSITS:  A credit card number is required for a damage deposit.  Renters are responsible for any damages done to the unit and any missing items.  Any damages or missing items will be charged on the credit card.  If a credit card number is not available, the deposit will be $200.00 in cash collected upon arrival.  This deposit will be mailed back after inventory and within five working days. Inventory is taken after checkout.

REFUNDS/DISCOUNTS:  No rental refunds or discounts.

MAID SERVICE:  Maid service is provided for renters who are staying on weekly & monthly terms.  This service will be provided once a week.  No linen/towel exchange will be provided on daily rentals.  All units are fully furnished.

No appliances or air conditioners are guaranteed after occupancy.  No refunds on failures, repairs will be made as soon as possible, or tenant (s) will be moved to another unit if available. 

PETS:  Pets are allowed in limited units with $150.00 damage deposit.  Unauthorized pets will result in cancellation of stay and there will be no refunds on the remaining rent and damage deposit.

RATES:  Are determined by size, location and amenities provided by the owner.  The rate is for 3 persons; each additional person will be charged $2.00 per day.  Total number persons based on each owner's restrictions. Please do not exceed the number of persons in your party for which you are confirmed.  Family rentals only!  Reservations made under false pretense will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited.

CAR PASS:  Fee is $5.00 per vehicle from two to thirty days.  No more than two car passes per lot at anyone time.  Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance is required upon arrival.  Parking for additional cars is North parking lot by Welcome Center.  Fee is $5.00 per day.

BOAT TRAILERS:  Parking is available for boat trailers on the North Parking lot by the Welcome Center.  Fee is $5.00 per day.  Boat trailers or utility trailers without a valid parking pass will be towed away at the Owners expense.
