This Tropical Storm should be more like a line of thunderstorms than a tropical storm. Winds should be sustained at 20 to 30 mph, gusting around 50 mph during the height of the activity.  The rip current danger will be high Friday afternoon and Saturday but they are not anticipating a big surge due to the current low tide.  Residents should secure all outside items so they do not fly around during the higher winds. Saturday is forcast to be sunny.

THE SWING BRIDGE IS MOVEING BACK INTO PLACE & WILL BE OPEN TO ALL TRAFFIC BY 7:45 THIS MORNING (TUESDAY 9/7/10)

MONDAY, 9/6/10, 6:30 P.M. THE BRIDGE HAS BEEN TIED BACK AND WILL REMAIN CLOSED TO TRAFFIC UNTIL THE TIDES SUBSIDE AND IT BECOMES SAFE, ONCE AGAIN, TO OPEN.

THE BRIDGE IS NOW OPEN TO ALL TRAFFIC. IT IS NOT "EXPECTED" TO BE TIED BACK UNTIL APPX. 6 P.M. TONITE.

LIV and Sun Harbor residents please be advised, our bridge may be tied back if tides continue to raise.

Plan ahead....it may be necessary to tie the swing bridge  open within the next 2 hours. It will remain tied open until the water reaches a safe level....possibly several hours.

Our Village is coming to life again in a grand way.

The water has been restored to all, the pools are open & LIV is ready to celebrate the 4th of July!

The Sea Cottages, parts of Oyster, and parts of Clam are without water due to the break in a main. 

The swimming pool should be up and running later this afternoon.

Chicken night has been canceled.

The bridge is open for all traffic.  Long trailers might have a little trouble due to continued high tide.

There will be an informational Meeting Tuesday morning, 6/29 at 10:00 AM for all LIV Owners in the Events Center .
