When it rains it pours.....literally! A tropical depression is headed our way and it is expected to bring several inches of rain. At this time the two concerns are flooding and tying open the bridge. The surge is within 1 foot of forcing the bridge to be tied open. It is possible that it will have to be tied open for several hours....so plan ahead.
